Our Flat
In the heart of the city of Buenos Aires and meters from the classic Avenida Corrientes, this sunny and comfortable flat is ideal for people who want to explore the city enjoying the idea of having a home in Buenos Aires instead of an expensive hotel but with the same comfort.
This is our flat: the flat in where we use to live, not a flat that we bought for investment, that is why our flat in unique: we took care of every detail. It has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) and extremely well located (meters from all the main subway lines and bus lines) It is very quite as it faces the historical pasaje peatonal Enrique Santos Discépolo.
It has a living-dinning room furnished with table for four people, couch and sofa. Modern kitchen and fully equipped. It is integrated to the kitchen by a bar with lights. It has two rooms: the main bedroom has got a comfortable 2 people bed, and the second bedroom a comfortable 1,5 person size bed, both rooms have big placards. The bathroom is very nice and modern with a bath tube, shower and bidet.
Fully furnished and equipped flat with all the dishes and china, Bedclothes, Cable TV, broadband Internet, washing machine, Microwaves, Fridge with freezer, Telephone and cleaning lady.
All the consul taxes, electricity, gas, telephone, cable TV, broad band internet, etc are included in the price.
